Market reports give clients a detailed snapshot of a neighborhood or property type — including pricing trends, school data, crime stats, and local amenities. They save you hours of research and make you look like the expert with one click.
Ways to Generate a Market Report
1. From the AI Assistant
- Open the AI Assistant in your dashboard or in the client’s widget.
- Ask for a report directly in conversation, e.g.:
“Generate a market report for single-family homes in Chelsea, London.”
- The assistant automatically compiles insights and delivers a full report.
2. From the Reports Tab
- Click Reports in the sidebar.
- Enter a location search (city, neighborhood, zip code).
- Select a property type (House, Condo, Townhouse, etc.) — this is required because pricing, comps, and market dynamics vary by type.
- Click Generate Report.
3. From Browsing History Items
- Open a client’s sidebar view.
- In their Favorites or Search History, click a listing.
- Use the Generate Market Report button on the property detail view.
- The report will be based on that listing’s location and property type.
(Agents can also do this with their own browsing if they install the extension for themselves.)
Reviewing & Using Reports
My Reports
- All reports are saved in the My Reports tab.
- From here, you can re-open any past report without regenerating it.
Report Structure
Each report opens in a sidebar and includes:
- Real Estate Analysis → Pricing trends, comps, days on market.
- Crime Data → Local crime grade and statistics.
- School Ratings → K–12 and university details.
- Amenities → Parks, shopping, dining, recreation, and more.

- Always choose the right property type for accuracy.
