Even if you don’t use a CRM, HomeHunter gives you all the tools you need to organize, track, and follow up with clients directly from your dashboard.
You can monitor engagement, export contact data, and use AI to handle personalized outreach — all in one place.
Using Your Dashboard
Overview
At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see:
- Total Downloads → How many people have downloaded HomeHunter using your link.
- Total Contacts → The number of clients connected to your account.
- Total Searched Homes → The cumulative number of homes your clients have viewed.
- Total Saved Homes → The total number of homes your clients have favorited.
Contact List
Below the metrics, you’ll find your Contacts Overview table. This list displays:
- Name
- Date Created
- Source (how the client joined — link, import, or unknown)
- Invite Status (e.g., Invite Sent, Invite Opened, Verified, Expired)
Clicking a contact opens a sidebar showing their browsing history, favorites, and invite details.
Exporting Your Contacts
If you’d like to manage your contacts manually or import them into another system later:
- Click Export Contacts in the upper-right corner of your Contacts Overview table.
- This downloads a
.csv
file containing all your contact data — names, emails, invite status, and timestamps. - The exported file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or imported into your CRM later once integrations are live.
Pro Tips
- Use the Invite Status column to identify who needs follow-up.
- Sort or filter your contacts by date to prioritize recent leads.
- Keep exported CSVs organized by month or campaign for easy tracking.
- If you re-import contacts into another system, always use the CSV as your source of truth to avoid duplicates.
Takeaways:
- You can manage all your leads directly inside HomeHunter — no CRM required.
- The Export Contacts button lets you easily download all client data as a CSV.
- Combined with AI follow-ups and browsing history, HomeHunter functions as a lightweight, integrated CRM alternative.
