Using the Contacts List

The Contacts Overview table is your main place to find, filter, and manage clients.

  • Use the search bar to quickly look up clients by name or email.
  • Each row shows the client’s name, email, source, and invite status.
  • The list is fully searchable, so even large networks are easy to manage.

Invite Status Tracking

Every client record has a real-time invite status. This lets you know exactly where they are in the onboarding process:

  • Invite not sent → You haven’t invited this contact yet.
  • Invite sent → The invite email has been delivered.
  • Invite opened → The client has opened your invite email.
  • Link clicked → The client clicked through to the Chrome Store.
  • Extension downloaded → They’ve installed the HomeHunter extension.
  • Contact verified → The client has completed registration, accepted the privacy policy, and is fully linked to you.

Why Registration Matters

Clients must register to:

  • Accept HomeHunter’s terms and privacy policy.
  • Enable syncing of their browsing history and favorites.
  • Ensure you have compliant, long-term access to their activity data.

Until registration is complete, you won’t see their browsing or favorites in your dashboard.

Click on a contact to open the sidebar panel. Here you’ll see:

  • Favorites → The listings they’ve saved.
  • Search History → A timeline of what they’ve browsed.
  • Invite Status → The real-time status of their onboarding process.

Takeaways:

  • Use the search bar to quickly find and manage clients.
  • Invite statuses give you a clear view of where each client is in the process.
  • Registration is the critical final step that unlocks client data for you.
