Browsing History vs. Favorites
When you click on a client from your Contacts list, you’ll see their sidebar with three tabs: Favorites, Search History, and Invite Status.
- Favorites → Properties the client actively saved.
- Search History → Every listing the client viewed while using the extension.
- Both lists give you a fuller picture of your client’s journey: what they’re casually exploring vs. what they’re truly interested in.
Browsing Timelines
Search history is displayed chronologically, so you can follow how a client’s search has evolved.
- See what they looked at recently vs. months ago.
- Identify shifts in budget, location, or property type.
- Spot patterns (e.g., three-bedroom homes near schools, or smaller condos in city centers).
This timeline context helps you anticipate questions and guide the conversation toward their real priorities.
Supported Portals
Each entry in the history shows the portal source (e.g., Zillow, Zoopla, Spitogatos, Fotocasa).
- You can click the source link to go back to the original listing.
- This ensures you always know where the client found the property.
Listing Details
Click on any entry to open a listing detail view:
- Property photo, price, beds/baths, and square footage.
- Original source link for reference.
- Option to generate a Market Report → AI will produce a detailed report for that listing’s location, including comps, trends, crime data, school ratings, and amenities.
Why This Matters
- Browsing history shows what’s on the client’s radar, even if they don’t favorite it.
- Favorites highlight top picks but may only tell half the story.
- Together, they give you the full buyer journey and keep you ahead of client needs.
Takeaways:
- Use Favorites to track strong interest, and Browsing History to understand broader exploration.
- Timelines reveal shifts in budget, location, and intent.
- Clicking into a listing unlocks Market Reports and original source links.
