Getting Started

Last updated recently

HomeHunter is built around a small set of core ideas. Understanding these will make it easier to navigate the dashboard, explain the tool to clients, and get the most out of its features.

Buyers

A Buyer is any client who installs the HomeHunter extension and links themselves to you. Their browsing activity and favorites appear in your dashboard once the link is confirmed.

Professionals

A Professional is you (the agent) or another team member who manages client relationships through HomeHunter. Professionals can see buyer activity, invite new clients, and generate reports.

Favorites

A Favorite is a listing saved by a client while browsing. Favorites are highlighted in your dashboard so you can quickly spot which properties are top of mind for them.

Browsing History

Browsing History is the record of listings a client has looked at across portals. It helps you see patterns, anticipate questions, and guide conversations toward relevant homes.

Market Reports

Market Reports are AI-generated summaries of trends, comps, and neighborhood insights. They save you time preparing data and help you provide timely, professional updates to clients.

AI Assistant

The AI Assistant is your built-in support system. It can draft follow-up notes, answer market questions, and help you quickly prepare client-ready information without extra research.
