Why Invites Matter
Inviting clients is the first step to connecting them to your HomeHunter dashboard. Once they accept, you can see their browsing history and favorites — but only after they complete registration. Registration ensures the client has agreed to the privacy policy and allows data to be shared with you.
How to Send an Invite
- Open your Dashboard.
- Click Invite a Client.
- Enter the client’s name and email.
- (Optional) Add a personal note to increase adoption.
- Click Send Invite.
You can also generate a shareable invite link to send directly through text or another channel.
Real-Time Invite Statuses
After sending, you’ll see live updates for each invite:
- Invite not sent → Contact exists in your list but no invite has gone out.
- Invite sent → Email has been delivered.
- Invite opened → The client opened your email.
- Link clicked → They clicked through to the Chrome Store.
- Extension downloaded → The extension was installed on their browser.
- Contact verified → The client registered, accepted the privacy policy, and is now fully linked to your dashboard.
Why This Matters for Agents
- You’ll know exactly where each client is in the process without guessing.
- Until Contact verified, you won’t see browsing or favorites in your dashboard.
- A quick follow-up can nudge clients from “Invite opened” to “Extension downloaded” or “Contact verified.”
Agent Tip
👉 Treat “Contact verified” as your finish line for invites. That’s the moment your dashboard starts showing real value.
Takeaways:
- Invites create the link between you and your client.
- Real-time statuses let you track every step of onboarding.
- Registration is essential — without it, you won’t see client activity.
